Shipping
We currently ship worldwide. All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. After processing, shipping typically takes:
8–20 business days for most international destinations
7–15 business days for local or regional delivery (where available)
Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs, holidays, or high-volume seasons. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Multiple Packages
Some items may arrive in separate packages depending on warehouse availability and fulfillment timing.
Returns
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges, as each piece is made available in limited quantities and shipped directly from our fulfillment partners.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at casasirenacontact@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, along with a photo and your order number. We’ll be happy to resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit if eligible.
Order Cancellations & Changes
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. After this window, orders are already in processing and may not be edited.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
